Includes but not limited to 3D perspectives, site layout, floor plans, long.& cross sections, elevations, site levels, schedule of finishes, doors and windows and all building details.

Includes but not limited to building foundations, ground beams, pedestals, machinery foundations, flooring, trenches, pits, above ground and underground tanks, paving and all structural elements.

Includes but not limited to power supply (cable tray - bus way), power outlets, lighting, panel boards, load schedules, transformers, fire alarm and low current system, also medium voltage (13.8 KV) can be performed with switch gears and RMU’s based on the scale of the facility.

Including all required systems (LPG, diesel, compressed air, chilled water and process cooling systems, fire protection, HVAC system, water supply, sewer system & industrial waste system).

1.1 Architectural

a) A wide range of original Architectural Concepts, reflecting the aspiration and personality of our clients, giving each project a completely different and special identity.
b) Architectural visual presentations, in order to reach a better understanding to our ideas we always prefer to visualize our work in the form of perspectives, colored plans and scale models upon our client’s request.

1.2 Structural Engineering

A complete and accurate structural drawings’ set, carried out using very advanced computer software to design all the structural elements based on Saudi Buildings Code (SBC) and international codes.

1.3 Electrical Engineering

A complete set of electrical drawings in coordination with other divisions which includes, Lighting, Power, Low current, Smart
system, BMS, Fire alarm, Load schedule, Lightening Protection,
Electrical calculations based on Saudi Building Code (SBC).

1.4 Mechanical Engineering

A complete set of Mechanical drawings include the plumping work (water supply and sewer system) and mechanical work (HVAC, Heat, Ventilation air conditioning, Fire Protection) and mechanical calculations based on Saudi Building Code (SBC).
