A complete set of electrical drawings in coordination with other divisions which includes, Lighting, Power, Low current, Smart
system, BMS, Fire alarm, Load schedule, Lightening Protection,
Electrical calculations based on Saudi Building Code (SBC).
A complete set of Mechanical drawings include the plumping work (water supply and sewer system) and mechanical work (HVAC, Heat, Ventilation air conditioning, Fire Protection) and mechanical calculations based on Saudi Building Code (SBC).
The tender management process can be performed based on the client’s request which includes preparing the following:
1 . Tender Documents.
2 . Bill of Quantities and Specs.
3 . Construction contract.
4 . Offers Evaluation.
5 . Recommendations Report.
